The device batteries are encased in a water-tight compartment and cannot be removed.

The back module and fan are both independently powered. Each of them can be used separately without the need to be attached to each other.

The straps are removable and replaceable. Currently, the strap available is black TPU which is sweat- and tear-resistant. We will be adding more colours and material to the line-up.

ARC Cooler comes in one-size with adjustable shoulder straps to fit most body frames. Please refer to Video Guide for details.

The back module is about 900 grams, and a fan is about 250 grams.

ARC Cooler can be cleaned by using gently wiping the enclosure with 70% alcohol wipes. For cleaning of dust, you may use a fast-drying contact cleaner spray to gently remove the dust particles. There is no designated maintenance interval.

This device is not ATEX nor Explosion Proof certified and should not be used in areas requiring devices to be certified as such, for example, in potentially explosive atmospheres.
